Initial sessions are 75-90 minutes and allow us to dive deep into your health history and current concerns. After your initial session with me, we will create a plan together that meets your unique needs! I am committed to helping you get to the root of any challenges you’re facing and move forward in an embodied, bio-intelligent way. 
Each session is unique depending on your needs but usually includes aspects of the following: dietary and lifestyle recommendations, customized Chinese Herbal Medicine, supplement recommendations, acupressure guidance, somatic sex education, nervous system tracking and regulation and functional lab testing (like DUTCH). 
We can also go over lab results or other treatment plans if you are looking for a second opinion. 
All virtual sessions take place in zoom and you will receive details after booking. Each virtual session includes a follow-up email with details around what we discussed and any actions steps for you to follow.

Natalie Elliott is a women’s health coach and birth keeper, specializing in womb and menstrual cycle wellness. 
She is committed to walking alongside women as they reclaim their feminine rites of passage and learn to truly read and heal their own bodies.
Through her background of birth work, yoga, and The Blood Mysteries, Natalie has developed a deep trust in women’s bodies. She has a deep desire for supporting women as they step outside of non supportive systems and into sovereign health and healing. 
Natalie values blending the truth of female physiology and hormonal health with psychosomatic womb healing and the inherent sacredness of each season of the menstrual cycle.
After healing many of her own cycle challenges through this blended approach, she is passionate about supporting other women in healing theirs too. Our wombs are our power centers after all!
Virtual sessions are unique depending on your needs but usually include aspects of the following: dietary and lifestyle recommendations, herbal medicine or supplement recommendations, feminine embodiment practices, and cycle tracking/fertility awareness method education. We can also dive into cyclical living and attuning to your inner seasons if that feels helpful on your journey.
